Four Seasons joined forces with East of Normal to unveil Pavyllon, the eagerly anticipated restaurant at Four Seasons, Park Lane in London. Under the culinary expertise of Yannick Anejo, a chef adorned with 12 Michelin stars, this project sets out to capture the enchanting essence of Yannick’s kitchen magic.
Our mission was clear: to convey the chemistry of Yannick’s culinary team and the unmistakable charm of a neighborhood restaurant.
